How to Begin the Journey…
How to Begin the Journey of Becoming Who God Created You to Be
Introduction
Have you ever looked around at your life and quietly wondered, “Is there more?”
Maybe you’ve lost sight of who you are beneath the responsibilities, disappointments, or expectations of others. Maybe you’re entering a new season and aren’t quite sure what comes next. Or perhaps you simply long to live with greater purpose, joy, and freedom.
If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
At My Whimsical Life, I believe God created you with unique gifts, dreams, and purpose that are still waiting to be fully discovered. For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they quiet self-doubt, overcome limiting beliefs, and begin living from the truth of who God says they are.
Transformation doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen—one intentional step at a time.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, renewed confidence, or the courage to embrace a new chapter, this journey begins with a single decision: to believe that the best is still ahead.
Let’s take that first step together.
1. Discover the Woman God Created You to Be
Every meaningful journey begins with one simple question:
Who am I, really?
Over time, many of us begin defining ourselves by our mistakes, our accomplishments, the opinions of others, or the roles we play. We lose sight of the unique masterpiece God created from the very beginning.
The first step in coaching is slowing down long enough to rediscover your heart.
Together, we’ll uncover your God-given strengths, values, passions, and the beliefs that may be holding you back. As your perspective begins to change, so do your choices. Confidence grows. Clarity emerges. Hope returns.
One of my favorite tools for this journey is journaling. Reflection creates space to hear your own heart—and often, to hear God’s gentle voice reminding you who you have been all along.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
2. Dream Again and Create a Vision for Your Life
God never intended for us to simply survive life—He created us to live with purpose, hope, and expectation.
Once you begin discovering who you are, the next step is asking, “Where is God leading me?”
For many women, dreaming feels risky. Life has brought disappointments, responsibilities, and seasons that quietly convinced them to settle for less than what they once imagined. But God is never finished writing your story.
Together, we’ll create a vision that’s rooted in your values, aligned with God’s purpose, and filled with possibilities that inspire you to move forward with confidence.
Big dreams become reality one faithful step at a time. We’ll break those dreams into practical, achievable goals that keep you moving forward while celebrating every victory along the way.
You don’t have to have your entire future figured out.
You simply need the courage to take the next step—and trust that God will faithfully guide the rest.
It’s about becoming the woman God has always created you to be.
3. Small Steps Create Lasting Change
Real transformation rarely happens all at once.
It happens one decision… one choice… one faithful step at a time.
We often believe we need to make huge changes before our lives can be different. The truth is, small, consistent actions have the power to reshape our thinking, strengthen our confidence, and create lasting change.
There will be days when you feel inspired and days when you don’t. That’s normal. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress.
Together, we’ll create simple, practical habits that fit your life and support the woman God is calling you to become. Along the way, I’ll encourage you, celebrate your victories, and remind you that every step forward matters, no matter how small.
God’s grace was never meant to be a reward for getting everything right.
It’s the strength that helps us keep moving forward.
One faithful step today becomes a transformed life tomorrow.
4. Care for Your Body, Soul, and Spirit
God created you as a beautifully connected whole—body, soul, and spirit.
When one area is neglected, the others often feel the impact. That’s why lasting transformation isn’t just about changing your thinking. It’s about caring for your whole life.
Sometimes the next right step is spending time with God. Sometimes it’s taking a walk, getting more rest, nourishing your body, laughing with a friend, or simply giving yourself permission to breathe.
Learning to care for yourself isn’t selfish.
It’s good stewardship of the life God has entrusted to you.
Throughout our coaching journey, we’ll explore practical ways to strengthen every area of your life so you have the energy, peace, and confidence to live fully and love others well.
When your body is healthy, your mind is renewed, and your spirit is anchored in Christ, you become free to flourish in every season.
5. You Don’t Have to Walk Alone
One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is allowing someone to walk beside us.
We were never created to navigate life’s challenges alone. There are seasons when we all need encouragement, fresh perspective, accountability, and someone who believes in us until we can believe in ourselves again.
That’s the heart behind My Whimsical Life Coaching.
For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they discover their God-given identity, overcome limiting beliefs, and move confidently into the life God has prepared for them.
As your coach, I’ll ask thoughtful questions, celebrate your victories, encourage you through challenges, and help you keep moving forward—always pointing you toward God’s truth and the unique purpose He has for your life.
If your heart is whispering, “There’s more…” don’t ignore it.
This may be the very season God is inviting you to step into the beautiful life He has been preparing for you all along.
I’d be honored to take that journey with you.
Your Journey Begins Today
Every beautiful journey begins with a single step.
You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t have to have everything figured out. You simply need the willingness to believe that God still has wonderful things ahead for you.
My prayer is that you’ll embrace this season with courage, curiosity, and hope as you discover the woman God created you to be.
If you’re ready for encouragement, clarity, and someone to walk alongside you, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
Welcome to My Whimsical Life.
Let’s discover the beautiful story God is still writing.
